Boulder Bay neighborhood is located at the west end of the lake near the dam. This complex is located on the main boulevard into town and just steps from the beautiful Boulder Bay Park and lake.

Due to our desirable location, you may have some road noise, especially on busy weekends, or noise from the Boulder Bay Park visitors. Walk to the shore for fishing or to launch your kayak, SUP, or canoe.

Everything else in Big Bear is within a few minutes drive of the condo.
