This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located at Forest Shores with its own private boat dock (subject to availability) Everything is within a short 5 minute walk at this gorgeous updated retreat. Did we mention it’s lakefront? To top it all off, the 4th of July Firework Show is located directly in front of this retreat. Dock is seasonal and subject to change in the winter.

Living Room- Great room that is open to the kitchen and dining area. Balcony with natural gas BBQ off of the living room with amazing lake views. Features a Queen sofa bed.

Master Bedroom- King bed, Roku smart TV with all streaming apps and Spectrum Cable streaming service, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan and sliding door to balcony with 2 rocking chairs and lake views.

Second Bedroom- King bed and Roku smart TV with all streaming apps, Spectrum Cable streaming service, dresser and large desk area.

Outdoor-Dining table and chairs, lakefront views, community boat dock, Bbq and walk to Village.
