Beautiful lakefront home offers space and privacy with over 4k square feet. Spread out in the 4 bedrooms with 2 master suites, a sleeping loft and home office space. Enjoy the large game room with authentic wood bar, pool table and arcade console with over 1k games as well as a separate poker room.
It’s a short 5 minute walk to the village with wonderful shops and restaurants to enjoy, and is only 2.6 miles from Snow Summit and 4.3 miles from Bear Mountain then warm up in the jacuzzi.
The house is very spacious with 2 large lake front decks, soak in the hot tub after a long day of skiing and sledding while enjoying the view of the lake and nearby mountains covered in pines, get some work done in our office space with a large desk, basic office supplies such as printing paper, envelopes, pencils and pens as well as a printer for your use so you can work from home or do zoom schooling with ease.
There is a futon couch that makes into a bed in the office area as well as 2 air mattresses that can be set up as needed. We provide fast reliable Wifi, amazing location, Tesla charger, 2 master suites and very large well appointed bedrooms that each have their own big screen smart TV’s with complementary Netflix for your viewing pleasure. When others are stuck in hour long traffic to get across town you can simply stroll down the street and within minutes you’ll be in the village where you can even buy groceries at the small corner market.
Once you arrive you won’t need to drive anywhere, sit back, relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of the lake and mountains right outside your windows. There is a large driveway with parking for 5 cars as well as one spot in the garage available with Tesla charging.
Kayaks and a paddle board as well as a 3 boat dock are provided during the warmer months.
All area except garage if you need access to Tesla charger please let us know in advance or need garage access. We are available 24/7 for questions and emergencies – if not an emergency it will be answered as promptly as possible. Agent will verify your identity and occupancy and you will need to check into our management office for your code.

Small and safe dead end street, quiet, very close to town, great parking, walk to everything including sledding!
We cannot for any reason take any animals due to family allergies even service or emotional support animals due to this reason – please there are no exceptions if any evidence is found of animals there is a $5,000 fee automatic to be withheld if any pet is brought into the home.
There is no smoking or vaping inside the home and/or snowboarding equipment inside the home.
Per Big Bear Lake code, you will first need to check-in at our office and show a copy of your ID which must match your reservation – our office is located at 41933 Big Bear Blvd. Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 – please park in the back parking lot and enter from the front of our building located near the street (the back door will always be locked) and bring your ID.
Our office hours for check-ins are Monday through Thursday 1pm until 7pm, Friday and Saturday 1pm-9pm and Sunday 1pm until 7pm. Please let us know in advance if you will be checking in outside of those hours. Should you need to arrive outside of those hours we will need 24 hours’ notice as these are our normal operating hours.
Once you have read a copy of the cabin rules and regulations, we will then give you the access code to get into the property. All trash must be taken off-site per Big Bear Lake rules that will be emailed to you or it is $25 per bag left behind. All dishes must be run through dishwashers and cleaner for sanitation purposes. All occupants must be disclosed as Big Bear Lake is strict on occupancy and vehicles you cannot exceed either or it is subject to immediate eviction without refund and $200 per person over occupancy.
No music per Big Bear is allowed on the property line and Spa hours are prohibited between the hours of 10pm-8am per our permit and City rules. Hot tub must be covered when not in use or is subject to a $50.00 reheating fee per day of leaving uncovered.
