Bedroom 3: Restoration Hardware pull out sofa with a King size bed. Premium, 5″ thick gel mattress provides cooling comfort, with a spring-less design that is extremely comfortable.

Outdoor space: Sunken cedar hot tub surrounded by the IPE wood deck and natural gas fire pit.

Parking: (2) cars max. Do not drive down the driveway in the winter.. park at the top and walk down.
