Not only do you have the beauty and tranquility of being lakefront but you are also a quick walk to all The Village offers, two marinas and hiking, if you ever want to leave!

Inside, you’ll enjoy two wood burning fireplaces, a master bedroom with to-die-for views across the lake while lying in bed, a second bedroom with a desk and reading nook, and a bonus studio/3rd bedroom, also lakeside, with a walkout patio, wood burning fireplace and its own kitchenette and private entrance, meet: The Honey Bear! The Honey Bear Studio is perfect for those in your party wanting extra privacy, or as a peaceful hideaway for the grandparents or a great place to stash the teenagers or for Mom and Dad to get away from it all, as the Honey Bear includes a jetted spa tub for your soaking pleasure!

Upstairs, a wood burning fireplace in the Queen Bee brings a warm ambience to the living area, and large windows provide lake views and loads of sunlight. Kick back on the italian leather queen sleeper sofa and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV or take the guitar off the wall and strum some tunes, or turn on the record player and spin some tunes! There’s also games, puzzles, and toys for all ages to enjoy in the cabinet under the TV when you’re not out exploring all Big Bear has to offer. With an open living, dining, kitchen and deck, there’s room for everyone and time together is easy and comfortable.

Prepare family-favorite meals in the kitchen, appointed with new appliances and all the bakeware and cookware you would ever need from an Instant Pot SV to a Crock Pot and from a heavy duty roasting rack/pan to a heavy duty blender. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the dining table and bar top seating for nine or head out to the deck to barbecue and eat all while enjoying the view and peaceful lake and mountain surroundings.

The primary suite boasts a luxurious king bed, smart TV and workstation. Step out to the balcony to sit in a rocker and read a book or admire knock-out lake views. Don’t forget to leave the blinds open at least one morning so you can wake up to the spectacular sunrise over the lake.

Find privacy in the second bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed, workstation/reading nook, smart TV, and a rollaway bed in the closet for that additional child or friend.

Downstairs you will find a indoor private entrance to the Honey Bear Studio which has a a queen bed, fireplace and a kitchenette featuring a sink, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and coffee machine, a queen sleeper sofa and small dining table and chairs, leather recliner along with a deep jetted tub and shower bathroom. A walk-out patio, gas grill and a patio table set the scene for more lake-view meals and enjoyment.

Outside there are three levels of lakefront furnished decks each with gorgeous views of the lake and mountains, two with gas grills and patio tables/chairs for enjoying meals al fresco after a full day of boating from our private dock, skiing, hiking, swimming/soaking in the Forest Shores pool/jacuzzi or shopping in The Village!

The deck off the Queen Bee living room and patio outside the Honey Bear are connected by an additional outdoor staircase. With each having a gas grill, table seating, and dazzling views of Big Bear Lake you will have many opportunities for memory making in the Queen Bee with Honey Bear Studio.
