Kitchen: Fully equipped massive gourmet kitchen is an absolute dream with an enormous 9 foot quartz island and top of the line Viking oven and a open floor plan with water views

Dining Room: Seating for 8 comfortably.

Living Room: The living room is enormous with a beautiful rock gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass facing the water with unbelievable Boulder Bay scenery. Smart TV to stream your favorite shows.

Master Bedroom: Located on the first level featuring a King sized bed and a beautiful gas fireplace that is in the en suite master bathroom.. Stream your favorite shows on the Sony 55 inch Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Located on the first level featuring two full beds with beautiful headboards and an en suite full bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Located on the first level featuring Queen bed and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Located on the first level featuring a Queen bed.

Bedroom 5: Located on the first level featuring a Queen bed.

Upstairs loft: (this is a loft upstairs with two areas) 
Loft 1: The spacious loft upstairs has a twin bunk bed & 1 full bed

Loft 2: Features twin bed & 2 full beds

Office: Features a wall to wall bookshelf and work space.

Game Room: Featuring a pool table, new Zoola ping pong table, new Foosball table and recently installed artificial turf.

Outdoor Space: Expansive deck has a phenomenal 8 person jacuzzi with breathtaking views of the iconic Boulder Bay and a glass wall that is 6ft feet high to protect you from the wind and elements while being one with nature. The deck has plenty of room to entertain all of your guests and a Propane BBQ for all who love to grill.

Parking: 3 car garage. Parking for two cars as one car area is used for additional game room. Up to (5) cars allowed max. Garage access allowed. Additional 3 cars can park in the large driveway.
