Welcome to Snow Owl Lodge, where families can experience all Big Bear has to offer! Located in the prime area of Moonridge, MINUTES AWAY FROM BIG BEAR RESORT, GRIZZLY RIDGE TUBE PARK, shopping, hiking, and more.

The home has a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow with our 2 large decks surrounded by pine trees, giving you the ULTIMATE TREE HOUSE VIBES that show off the magic of Big Bear year-round.

Our house has a great relaxed SoCal energy. We wanted a stylish but not stuffy home! Layered with a few touches of luxury design, the house is still a cozy family cabin. We created a comfortable home for families to make memories, unwind, and lounge in nature!

The cabin is 3 stories, sleeps 8 guests, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 5 beds total, with room for one person on the sofa.

Our primary and secondary bedrooms are on the top level, with sizable closets. We have a full kitchen, living room, primary bathroom, and access to the upper deck on the main level. Located on the lower level are the third bedroom and second bathroom. You will also find the laundry and access to the lower deck on this level. The entire house has access to high-speed internet, so we have you covered if you must work on the go!

*PRIMARY BEDROOM: The primary bedroom has a Queen Bed and a rollaway Twin-size trundle bed in the large closet. It also has a smart TV where you can connect to your favorite subscriptions.

*SECONDARY BEDROOM: This room has 2 Full-size beds and a large closet for storage.

*THIRD BEDROOM: This is the lower level bedroom, with its own bathroom. It has a Full-size bed and access to the lower level deck. Laundry is also in this bedroom.

*BATHROOMS: The main level Primary Bathroom is the largest. It has a wall heater that is great for the winter months. It also features a deep tub shower combo, a new toilet, and a vanity with a new sink and countertops. The secondary bathroom on the lower level is in the third bedroom. It has a large shower, toilet and brand new vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with amenities such as soaps, shampoos, and towels.

*LIVING ROOM: Comfortable and cozy with surrounding views, this living room has a gas fireplace, a sectional sofa meant to sleep one guest, a LARGE smart TV ready for you to log into your favorite subscriptions, an audio sound bar, and direct access to the spacious upper-level deck. We’ve also stocked it with our favorite classic board games and puzzles!

*KITCHEN: Our charming kitchen features new countertops, sink, and appliances (microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and Bullet blender). It is stocked with all new kitchen amenities, like knives, cooking utensils, pots, pans, spices, oil, etc. We are a food family, so we made sure to provide you with all the basics you need! Finally, there’s a large kitchen table that comfortably seats 6 people.

*OUTSIDE: The driveway has MAX 4 parking spaces. You must pull all the way forward for 4 cars to fit. We suggest parking 2 by 2. There are easy access steps to the front door and porch from the driveway. There is also a stepped walkway down the side of the house to access the lower deck and back door. The upper deck, accessible only from the house’s main level, features a picnic table, a new gas fire pit with seating, and a gas BBQ grill.

The main entrance will be through the front door. Guests will have access to the entire property.

Parking: You can only park 4 cars MAX. Parking is tight, so be sure to pull all the way forward to keep your cars safe and off the road. The house is on a hill, so be careful when pulling in and out of the sloped driveway.

NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED.

Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.

Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
