Spend summer days exploring Big Bear, then return to The Maple Chalet for quiet evenings beneath the backyard fairy lights. This classic A-frame cabin offers a relaxed mountain setting in Sugarloaf, with a fully fenced yard, outdoor seating, a propane grill, and a firepit where guests can unwind after hiking, boating, fishing, or visiting the nearby Village.

Living Space
The main living area is designed for easy, comfortable gatherings. Settle in beside the wood-burning stove-style fireplace, stream a favorite movie on the Smart TV, or enjoy a friendly game of foosball in the dining area. Additional games are stored in the downstairs bedroom for relaxed evenings at the cabin.

The chalet’s warm A-frame character, compact layout, and casual mountain atmosphere make it a comfortable home base for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen includes the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, mugs, and basic cooking supplies.

Prepare breakfast before heading out for the day, pack snacks for the lake, or gather around the dining table for a relaxed dinner at home. BBQ utensils and a propane grill are also available for summer cookouts.

Sleeping Arrangements
The Maple Chalet offers two private sleeping areas, each furnished with a king-size bed.

* Upstairs loft sleeping area – King bed
* Living room – Double sofa bed

The full bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a combination tub and shower. The upstairs loft also has a portable air-conditioning unit for added comfort during warmer summer days.

Outdoor Living
Step into the fully fenced backyard to enjoy the outdoor seating area, firepit, propane grill, and soft fairy lights. The enclosed yard is especially convenient for guests traveling with dogs, while the patio offers a comfortable place to sip coffee, read, grill dinner, or relax beneath the evening sky.

The Maple Chalet is located in Sugarloaf, within driving distance of Big Bear Lake, the Village, the Convention Center, Snow Play, Bear Mountain, and Snow Summit. During summer, guests can spend their days hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, shopping, or dining throughout the Big Bear Valley.

Additional conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, a Smart TV with cable, and parking for up to two vehicles directly in front of the home.

Enjoy access to the entire house, front patio and backyard. There is two full size parking spaces in the driveway.

Parking on the street is not allowed.

Pet Fee $75 per pet per stay, only dogs permitted, sorry no cats.
