Loved my stay at Leanne’s cabin! Super cozy, peaceful, and beautiful. Great place to stay at in Big Bear!

Had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival, slightly dusty in parts of the house but overall very clean. Leanne’s instructions were clear on how to get in and around the house. Had an incident with the garage door not closing but Leanne was very fast and efficient with resolving the issue. Location perfect for those looking to snowboard/ski at Bear Resort or Snow Summit. Big Bear Resort being only a 3 min walk away. House had more than enough space for 8 people w/ the game room being one of the highlights. Would definitely recommend and come back for another trip!

Me and my friends really loved this place as it was extremely affordable, the host was amazing, and especially with the location of the home being really close to the resort was so nice! I will always keep in mind of this place next time we are in town and wanting to book with this host for exactly this home due to everything that they had offered here!

A very cozy, clean and welcoming cabin. We will definitely come back to this cabin. We had welcoming snacks, a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon which was delicious. All rooms were clean, no weird smell on bedding. They had a booklet of activities to do for various people and places to eat around the area which I found very helpful.

Perfect spot for a family to walk to Snow Summit, relax in a cozy cabin, play games, soak in a hot tub under the stars, and recover after a fun day on the mountain. We’ll be back for sure!

Cabin is cozy and beautiful with so many areas to hang out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as well as a full community bathroom upstairs and downstairs. My family had a wonderful time here.

We can’t say enough great things about the cabin as well as the great host & co-host. The cabin is so cute , comfortable and so many great amenities. They thought of everything from the fun karaoke machine, record player with a great record collection, movies on the projector screen and the jacuzzi in the back. They even have everything you need for your pup!
The Leanne and Dan went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They were always super responsive , sent us ideas of things to do with our kids & pup in the area and even helped me find my Apple Watch I left on accident and they mailed it home to me at no extra charge! We go to Big Bear at least 2 times a year and will definitely be back. We highly recommend staying here!

This rental met all our expectations and more for our family of 4. We loved how kid friendly the cabin was with games and big stuff animals

What an amazing cabin, it is beautiful, cozy and is decorated so nice. Fully equipped in every way. Good location would definitely come back. I really recommend this home you will really like it.

My kids and I (husband/father is deployed) decided to get out of San Diego for a few days after the holidays. It was the perfect spot for us. Clean, quiet, easy to get to places. We felt right at home. And Leanne was very responsive with the few questions I had while we were there. We’d love to go back!

We had a great stay at this cabin, everything was very spacious and the hosts were very responsive to answer any questions. The cabin was beautiful and it was located in a very quiet area only a couple minutes away from Big Bear's main street.

We stayed here for 3 nights. An extremely well-stocked spacious home. I have rented homes for my family for vacations for the past 15 years and this was by far one of the best. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything from pots and pans to utensils and plates they even had crockpots and baking sheets. Toasters, coffee pots you name it they had it. They also had tons of extra blankets and towels and even a pack n play for my littlest granddaughter. Plenty of games and books and entertainment for all. I would definitely rent this home again and if you have a large crowd this place is the best. The host is always readily available for all your questions and needs as well. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

Great location to the slopes and all Big Bear has to offer! We enjoyed the hot tub and taking our dogs on the trail that’s just a few blocks away.

Leanne’s cabin was very comfortable and it looked just like the photos. It was a short drive to the Village and ski slopes. The cabin had everything we needed. I hope to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at Bear Mountain Ski Retreat! The cabin was absolutely perfect for our winter getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The detailed house manual and check-in instructions made everything super easy.

The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the Keurig and luxury teas were a nice touch.

The location was fantastic—within walking distance to the snowboarding shuttle, making our trips to Bear Mountain a breeze. We also loved the assortment of board games, which made for some fun evenings indoors.

The hosts were attentive and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met. They provided clear instructions for every aspect of our stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Bear Mountain Ski Retreat to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Big Bear. We can't wait to come back!

This was my first experience having Christmas away from “home” with my family. It was a wonderful experience. The cabin was immaculately clean and upon entering it, the first thing that I saw was a decorated Christmas tree. This in and by itself showed that the host was really intent on ensuring that our stay would be enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable as was the furniture in the living and eating areas. Board games were all intact and the pieces were all organized in their rightful places. Overall, this was a great stay and this Grandpa was very happy. We will surely visit again in the future.

The ideal house for our family! Everything we needed for our mountain Christmas was provided. Finding a decorated Christmas tree next to the fireplace was the perfect touch. 5 Gold Stars!

We had a wonderful stay at Leanne's place for our first trip to Big Bear. The location is superb and walkable to the zoo, coffee shop, and deli. It's a 4 minute drive to Snow Summit, which was the purpose of our trip. Leanne was very easy to communicate with and the place was comfortable for our family of four.

Very beautiful home in a prime location for snowboarding or chill activities everything is in a 15 min radius of the home and we were able to accomplish all we needed very greatful for our stay.

Amazing location and very cozy. Jacuzzi worked great. Leanne was super responsive. Literally responds within 5 minutes. Heater/furnace worked great too. Comfy beds. Super easy to refer this place to others.

Surprised my wife for her birthday weekend with this air bnb and our experience here was fantastic! Great place for a peaceful getaway, cozy wood burning fireplace, great for game nights, also has a large hot tub spa on the back porch underneath string lights. This house was exactly what we were looking for. Log Cabin, cozy feel with cute intricate details all around. a backyard with a big hot tub and a seperate garage with a game room. Leanne was also extremely responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again next time we visit.

We had a short -2 days vacation in big bear and enjoyed it very much. The cabin was in great location, private, quiet, very clean and on the facilities working and great. Leanne, the host, was in communication with us all the time and wanted to help in every little thing

My family absolutely fell in love with the house. Eveybody had enough of room to spread out. Loved the big open concept of the kitchen, dining room and the family room we were all able to see and enjoy each other. The beautiful backyard view of the lake and the firepit which kept us all warm was spectacular. I will definitely be renting this home again.

Amazing home. I had a full house as this was a family planned/oriented trip and the home was everything and more for all of us. Plenty of room and almost anything we needed to feel comfortable.
