This house was perfect for my group! It was as described and there was plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. The kitchen also had everything we needed for cooking. Amazing!!!

We had a great time near Big Bear Lake. The location of the house was awesome. We loved jogging, hiking, and kayaking.

This house is great! We always come up to Big Bear in the summer and it can be tough finding a house that has large enough spaces to accommodate our family- not just rooms but a family room and game room that fit all of us, plus multiple large tables for meals. The house is bigger than I imagined. Very spacious. I agree with all the positive reviews others have left and I’ll add that everything works, seems new, and is in great condition. High quality game room for sure. We were surprised at how much fun the pinball machine was! Definitely download the Sonos app as it controls the sound everywhere and made it easy to play music also. And as others said, Leanne is super responsive. This is our new favorite spot and we will definitely plan to return next summer!

Leanne’s place was a great place to stay at. We rented it for my son who graduated HS and his friends to hang out because they wanted a place with a game room. They spent most of their time in the game room enjoying their time. The beds were super comfortable and the hot water works AMAZING!! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We took some e-bikes and the boys enjoyed riding them around. Leanne was VERY RESPONSIVE and answered all my questions. I would definitely rent from her again.

We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it. Beautiful home, everything was clean & organized. The host provided so many great necessities for us to use in the Airbnb.

This is our 2nd time renting from Leanne and this unit. We love this place, a home away from home. We love all the small details that make it feel like our cabin and not just a place to rent.

This lakefront home exceeded our expectations in every way. Our group of three couples had more than enough space to spread out and relax, and the house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is absolutely stunning—the lakefront views and access made for the perfect Big Bear getaway.Leanne was an exceptional host. She was incredibly communicative, responsive, and provided detailed instructions that made settling in and enjoying the home completely seamless. It's clear that a great deal of care has gone into both the property and the guest experience.We all agreed this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays and would not hesitate to book again. Great location, private dock was awesome. Beautiful views of lake. A lot of great activities in house, jacuzzi was nice after being in cold water. Had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen, grill outside. Excellent place for paddle boards/fishing, as Boulder Bay is somewhat protected when the rest of the lake is windy and choppy.

We had a wonderful stay at Hawkridge Chalet in Big Bear! The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind while still being conveniently close to Big Bear’s attractions, shops, and restaurants.What truly made our experience exceptional was the hospitality of the host. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and quick to address any questions or needs we had throughout our stay. Their communication was outstanding and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish.We were especially grateful when they accommodated our situation by allowing us to extend our checkout time, which made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. The cabin was beautiful! My fiancé and I enjoyed a great birthday weekend there. The beds were a bit too hard for us but that is completely a personal preference sort of thing. All the amenities were great and the entire cabin is so thoughtfully and beautifully laid out. Host was very proactive and responsive with all communication.

Perfect cabin for a weekend getaway! The kitchen was well-stocked and had all the appliances, pots and pans, and spices if you want to cook in the cabin. We also loved the hot tub and firepit!

The cabin was more beautiful than described. The peace, serenity and amenities within the cabin are exceptional. Every space of the home is well occupied and feels like the home you’d want to live in. It is beautifully located close to the village, bike shops, slopes and the lake. Private enough to play outside and comfortable to never leave. I CANNOT wait to go back.

We had a great experience staying here. It is a huge property easily accommodating 16+ persons. It is very well maintained. Leanne had put out some welcome snacks and a bottle of wine which was a great touch and made us feel very warm about the place. All the listed amenities were in working condition. We used the barbeque grill, hot tub, pool table, air hockey, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had planned to cook ourselves for the first night and all the utensils were available and clean. Leanne was very responsive, all our questions were answered within 15 mins. I would highly recommend to stay here as the property has beautiful view, stores are nearby, the lake is less than 10 min drive and the host is caring and amazing. We will surely be back soon!

Our family enjoyed this home, the location is perfect with a gorgeous lakefront! Home is extremely well maintained and clean, kitchen is very clean as well as all appliances , plates and cutlery, they provided everything you need ! Bathrooms are squeaky clean. Beds are very comfortable. This is probably our family’s favorite Big bear home and we look forward to come back!Leanne the host was always helpful and very responsive!

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at Snowcrest Lodge! Everyone was thrilled to have such a warm and welcoming place to call home for a few days. The kids loved the bunkhouse room downstairs and the grandparents loved the master retreat upstairs. The kitchen, living, and dining area provided plenty of room for all of us to hang out and relax together in the mornings and evenings. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Everything was amazing! We were a multi-generational group and there was something to do for everyone. Would love to go back in the summer when the lake would be warmer to swim in. Beautiful house!

Such a beautiful home

This is a great big bear spot. It is just outside town and a quick 2-10 minute to drive to most of the main big bear spots. There is even a bit of a lake view out of the back yard. The house is well stocked and has a ton of fun amenities like movies, board games, and foosball. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Perfect hideaway in a private area with everything you need to be comfortable. Not far from town, but felt like being in our own little world

I spent Mother’s Day weekend here. Had the best time ever.. It was so peaceful, so comfortable. I felt right at home. We did not leave the house once. The reason I chose this place was because everything was on the same level.. which made it easier for me and my daughter. She is special needs and she felt right at home. We will stay here again in the future. By far the best place we stay at in Big Bear.

Absolute amazing house I wish I brought my boat, but the water was a little cold. Maybe next time the lake view is awesome.

Great place! Quiet and a good escape, though we came during the off season. Beautiful to be surrounded by trees, the hot tub was relaxing, and the living room area is as shown in the pictures - very open and full of light. There is quite a bit of clean up to be done before leaving considering the price, but since we didn’t use a lot of the amenities it was fine, you would just need to plan accordingly. Leanne was very responsive, and I would recommend staying here overall. We had a great time!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect mountaintop getaway. It’s quiet, close to town, but has so many amenities that you can make the most of your day regardless of what your goal is (fun or relaxation!). The decor was so fun as well, exactly what I was looking for with the group that we had. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Idyllic location by the lake, surrounded by tall pine trees. We were able to walk to the nearby Boulder Bay park in about 15 mins. The village and other points of interest are close by car. House is as described and as shown in the photos. Neighborhood is quiet. We had all the amenities we needed for the kitchen, toiletries etc. The view of the Lake from the house is very picturesque, especially in the morning as the house gets amazing morning light. The 2nd floor that contains the pingpong/billiards table is a great place for us to hang out. There are plenty of board games available too for an entertaining stay indoors. Highly recommend this house if you want to be near the lake in Big Bear.

Can’t wait to come back! My family stayed here for my mom’s birthday and we didn’t want to leave! Leanne was such a wonderful host and so easy to communicate with. The cabin was clean, spacious, well stocked, and the interior was beautiful. We loved spending time outside on the deck and enjoyed the fireplace at night. The location is minutes from wherever you’d want to go in big bear. I highly recommend staying here! Thanks, Leanne! 🙂

Wonderful stay. Very easy and fast communication with Leanne. Couple of minor issues when we first arrived, but nothing major. Place was as described, except the garage was full of items and we could not park inside. We were able to fit all 5 cars in the driveway.

We had a great stay here. The house was beautiful and spacious, the host is very responsive, and we even decided to extend an extra day because we were having such a nice time. Will stay here again when we come back to Big Bear.

The lodge was exactly what we were looking for. It contained everything needed for an amazing weekend getaway, but also perfectly located for amazing hikes. Couldn’t recommend more!

The house was beautiful! We came with our kids to celebrate my birthday and it was everything we wanted. Our kids felt instantly right at home. It was beautifully designed and felt cozy. The kids had so much fun playing with the arcade, watching a movie in the theater den, and their bedroom was everything they wanted. We would love to stay here again!

its was a nice a get away from the city and celebrating my 42nd with nature..very nice to be able to fish and feed the ducks was quite relaxing...host was very responsive when I had questions and always checking up on me, which I like cause it shows that her interest was having me have a good birthday weekend..which I did...cant wait to plan another trip...

Enjoyed a long weekend here with family! We did lots of cooking, playing games and enjoying the spa! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. We made good use of the poker room! The home is well situated so you are spread out and not on top of each other! Can’t wait to return in the summer! Leanne was quick to respond to any questions I had!

This house was beautiful, well stocked with amazing views. So spacious and clean. Plenty to do inside, so we spend a few days never leaving the property. Close to shops and grocery stores. Would highly recommend a stay here. The boat dock was a huge plus.

We really enjoyed our trip to Big Bear Lake while staying at the Bear Kub Kabin. The options of how to relax and unwind at the house were above and beyond, with TVs, movies, the jacuzzi, billiards, and foosball. The cabin has such a cozy feel and never felt too cramped. We felt so at peace with an evening fire in the fireplace, and we would happily return.

Great amount of space for a large group/family. A lot of nearby places within driving distance. It was also very comfortable for us and we loved the lake views.

The house is beautiful inside and has everything you could need. Very family friendly with a high chair and pack n play available, as well as games, toys, and puzzles. Our kids especially loved the Pac-Man game and hot tub. Although it’s not right by the Village, there are some restaurants and entertainment options that are a short walk down the road. The host was very responsive and helpful to all questions and requests. Wonderful stay!

My family and I are looking to buy a summer cabin in Big Bear and have rented 3 different AirBnB's over the last 9 months. This was by-far the best!Location: Perfect! The trees in this area are all mature and tall. You can hear the wind as at moves through the pines. It's not too hilly like Moonridge but the houses and neighborhood are nicer than the east side of BB. Host: They were very attentive without being over bearing. You could tell they genuinely wanted to make our stay pleasant.House: Amazing. It's clean and well furnished without being cluttered. It's got a huge back yard with lots of trees that our kids loved to run around and chase bubbles. The hot tub was a favorite for our kids and the deck was perfect for meals outside. We also LOVED the game rooms both in the garage and in the loft above. Our kids watched Disney while we played pool and everyone really enjoyed the time. We will definitely want to come back!
